These apartments are located on the first floor and offer two bedrooms. They all have a balcony which offers breathtaking views of the tropical landscape and the calm marina.
The Duplexes are located along the main boat canal and around the yacht basin. Properties face each other across the calm waterway and create a warm neighborly atmosphere with the boats all moored in neat rows or passing by on their way to the ocean. The Duplexes come in 2 and 3 bedrooms, with a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, a dining area, and barbecue equipment.
The premium apartments offer 3 bedrooms with a minimum of one en-suite bathroom. A private plunge pool is also available on request with a supplement of 25 euros per night. The premium apartments are located either on the ground floor with a terrace or on the first floor with the balcony with impressive views on the canal or river.
